At Florence and the Machine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
